He was born in Samsun in 1990. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Bursa. He graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 2014. 1 He completed his specialization in the Department of Mental Health and Diseases at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine between 2015 and 2019. His specialization thesis topic is "Factors Affecting Telomere Length in Bipolar Disorder." After his specialization, he fulfilled his compulsory service at Düzce State Hospital. He completed the Turkish Psychiatric Association's "Supportive Psychodynamic Psychotherapy" training under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Cem Kaptanoğlu. He became a sex therapist by graduating from the Sexual Therapy Training of the Sexual Education Treatment and Research Association (CETAD), the most competent association in his field in our country. He attended the Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) training organized by the ICTED association. He completed Bahçeşehir University's Sports and Performance Psychology training. He attended the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy training of the Association of Contextual Sciences and Psychotherapies. He completed the theoretical training and then the skills training of the Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapies Association. He is married and a father of 1 child. He started working at Özel Lokman Hekim Esnaf Hospital in September 2021
