He was born in Malatya on 11.04.1968. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Malatya. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. He worked as a General Practitioner in Giresun and Malatya until 1997. He completed his biochemistry specialization at Fırat University Faculty of Medicine in 2002. He worked as a Biochemistry Specialist in Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Aydın and Denizli. He retired in 2021. In October 2022 he began working for Lokman Hekim Esnaf Hospital. He is married and father of 4 children.
