He was born in Istanbul in 1966. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He completed his compulsory service in Amasya Taşova between 1989-1991. He completed his specialty education in Şişli Eftal Training and Research Hospital between 1992-1995. From 1996 to2017, he worked in Muğla State Hospital, Sigorta Hospital and then in Muğla Training and Research Hospital. He worked in a private hospital after retirement.
