In 1965, he was born in Sarıgöl near Manisa. He completed his primary, middle and high school education in Izmir. In 1990 he graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Faculty. In 1996 on completing his associate training he became an Ear, Nose and Throat Consultant. He worked as an ENT Consultant in Van Military Hospital until 2000 when he left military service and in June 2000 began to work as ENT Consultant at the Lokman Hekim Esnaf Hospital . He is married with two children.
