He was born in 1970, in Burdur where he completed his primary, secondary and high school education. He graduated from C. He completed his obligatory service in the province of Erzurum in Aşkale between 1993 – 1996. Until 2005, he practiced in many primary health institutions for the Ministry of Health before coming to work as Fethiye State Hospital A&E. Until 2010, he worked in Fethiye State Hospitals Intensive Care Unit. He joined the Family Medicine Certificate Program in 2010 and worked for 1 year as Family Physician at the No 2 Family Health Centre in Ortaca District. Since January 2012, he has been working for the Lokman Esnaf Hospital.
