He was born in 1992 in Dışoğuz / Turkmenistan. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Turkmenistan. In 2017, he graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine he attended with a scholarship in 2010. Between 2017 and 2020, he worked as a ward, intensive care and emergency doctor at Heart and Arrhythmia Private Hospital in Bursa. He worked as an emergency and coronavirus ward doctor in a private hospital in Bursa between 2020 and 2022. As of August 2023 He started working at Lokman Hekim Esnaf Hospital.
