Internal/Optical Urethrotomy

Detail about our service

Internal/Optical Urethrotomy

Urethrotomy is used to treat urethral stricture problems that make it difficult to urinate by narrowing the tube called the urethra, which allows urine to drain from the bladder. During the procedure, the body tissues in the urethra are removed and released, and the urine flow is normalized. After Optical Internal Uretrotomy (OIU), patients do not experience any difficulties while urinating.
